Soup Recipe
Fry Egg Soup
Serves 2
- 2 eggs
- 1 stalk green onion (minced)
- 1/3 salt
- 2 cup water
- Pan fry 2 eggs then stir with green onion
- Add water to pan and cook until color become creamy.
Cabbage Tomato Soup
Serves 2
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato (discard seeds) cut into cube
- 4 cabbage leaves (minced)
- 1 stalk green onion (minced)
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- Saute cabbage and tomato in 1 � tablespoon veg oil. Add salt and a dash of white pepper with two cup of water; brings to a boil.
- Beat two egg, and then quickly add and stir. Add onion and serve.
Tomato Onion Soup
Serves 3
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato (discard seeds) cut into 8 pieces
- 1 lb. Beef soup born
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Saute beef soup born in 1 tablespoon veg oil until browned. Add onion and tomato saute for 1 minute.
- Add 1 qt of water and salt. Cook for 30 minutes over low heat.
Hot and Sour Soup
Serves 3
- 1 Bean curd
- 2 eggs
- 4 oz lean pork or chicken breast
- 5 pieces black mushroom (or Fresh Mushroom)
- 1 bamboo shoot
- 1 hot pepper, discard seeds (or white pepper)
- 4 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 � teaspoon cornstarch
- Shred pork or chicken breast.
- Soak black mushroom. Shredded black mushroom, beancurd, bamboo shoots,
- Saute black mushroom and pork in 1 tablespoon veg oil for 2 minute. Add bamboo shoots saute for another minute.
- Add 3 cup boiling water and bean curd; bring to boil. Add Soy sauce, vinegar, and hot pepper (or white pepper).
- Add approximately 1 teaspoon of water to cornstarch and mix. Slowly add
and stir cornstarch water mix to soup.
- Beat eggs, and then quickly add and stir.
Fish Ball Soup
Serves 3
- 1/2 pack fish ball (can be found in Oriental Food Store)
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 stalk cilantro
- 1 teaspoon ginger minced
- � teaspoon salt
- � teaspoon sesame oil
- In 1 qt boiling water add ginger and fish ball; cook until fish ball puffs and is soft. Add salt and a
dash of white pepper. Before serving add green onion (or cilantro) and sprinkle of sesame oil.
